Menu Planning 101

P/S: A list of the Chosen 5 Meals for next week here.

As mentioned in the Happy Housewife's Blog, here is my list of 15 meals below. I will try to link up the recipes if I can find them online, and if not then I will type them out here.

List of 15 Meals

Chicken/Beef Mushroom Stew
Hainan-Style Chicken Rice with Vegetables
Spaghetti Bolognaise
Fried Chicken with Salad
Chicken Casserole
Pasta Bake
Tuna Salad
Clear Chicken Soup
Chicken Curry
Asam Pedas (Fish in Tangy Hot Chili Sauce)
Grilled Chicken with Spices
Chicken/Lamb Kabsah/Biriyani (I add 2 tbsp mint to this)

Nasi/Mee Goreng (Fried Rice/Fried Noodles)

Kuah Asam (Chopped Onions, Chili and Tomatoes in Tamarind Sauce)
